Advanced Channel – not as advanced as the name suggests, suitable for those who have been playing bridge for a couple of years or more and aimed at club Duplicate players or experienced social players
What else is included in your membership? – Jack would be happy to email you his clear, instructive notes on any of the topics and you can email him with any occasional bridge queries although not too many please!
How best to watch the videos? I would recommend pausing the video before I run through the bidding and also the play of the hand. The pause button is in the bottom left hand corner of the video.
Can I join the Podcast at any time? Yes, the hands are randomly generated by myself so do not follow a pattern and do not follow on from another like on a bridge course. You can view hands from the last 10 days, no longer as they take up a lot of memory
How do I access the channels? You don’t receive an email from me. You just visit my website and every morning there will be a new hand waiting for you. You click on the link in red text just underneath “Latest News” or click on the drop down menu at the top of the page
What about strength of password? Your password must have at least one capital letter and one number so something like “Trumps1313” If you forget your password email me and I will reset your password
Log in? If you are using the same device then you shouldn’t need to log on each time. Your device should remember you but remember to check the “Remember me” box when you log in
Problem with Log in? Sometimes the website gets stuck so best to log yourself out and then log in again. If that doesn’t work, email Jack who will get you back online
How do I update my card? Change your card or update your expiry date on this link https://yorkshirebridge.co.uk/account/?action=subscriptions
How do I change channels? There is no easy way of doing this (our fault not yours!) so please email me and I will close your account and then you just re-subscribe to the relevant channel(s)
